Policies:

We require a deposit from New Clients and Return clients who have not booked with us in awhile. The deposit will go toward that service. The deposit is nonrefundable or transferable, if you do not follow our reschedule/ cancelation policy. We will contact you for the deposit by emailing an invoice for you to click and pay. If you are wanting to pay for your service in cash, we will still need the deposit invoice paid. If the invoice is not paid the day we send it, your appointment will be canceled. Please make sure you enter a current email and cell number when booking your appointment on Schedulicity,

We require a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. We will text to confirm your appointment 1 to 2 days before, as a curtesy. If you do not reply to our text the same day, your appointment will be canceled. If you cancel without proper notice, 50% of the service booked will be owed, unless we are able to fill the gap. If you No-Show or cancel same day, you will owe 100% of the service booked. You will not be welcomed back, until you have paid.

If you are late to your appointment, we will only be able to work on you for the remaining time of your service. Rescheduling is not an option, you will be charged for the entire service you booked.
